First we Discuss About the Mass Gainer 

First question arise in our mind is what is mass gainer and what is the use of mass gainer and it is useful for me or not.

Mass Gainer is Supplement which is use for gaining the mass and weight but it is useful for me or not. The answer is depend on you because if you are skinny person and want to gain mass and weight this is for you because mass gainer made for those who want to be fit or want to gain mass and weight.

Mass gainer basically contain high amount of calories as compare to the protein because mass gainer made for gaining weight and mass.This is not for you if you fit or you can say your BMI is perfect than this is not for you because you don't need to gain weight if you want to gain weight you can surely use the mass gainer but i am not recommending you to use the mass gainer because you already have sufficient weight i preferred you to use the protein rather than mass gainer.

At last i conclude this that mass gainer is for those who want to gain our weight and mass basically for skinny or skinny to fit person.

Now we Discuss About the Protein

Same question arise on this also that what is protein and what is the use of protein and it is useful for me on not.

Protein is the supplement which is basically use for recover our body. After the gym we loss calories for recovery of our body we use the protein and protein is made for those doesn't need to gain our weight.

Protein is basically contain high amount of protein as compare to mass gainer and low amount of carbs and calories same as compare to mass gainer.This is not for you if you are skinny person because protein doesn't help you to increase the weight or gaining.This is for you if want to recover your body or need some protein after or before the gym. Now question arise that are supplement harmful for our body or not. This is not harmful for our body if you purchase when you collect all the information about that product then this is not harmful for your body.

At last i conclude that basically protein is not for skinny person this for physically fit person if you are skinny than use mass gainer rather than protein.

Both two product and both have their own benefit both are made for their respective person like for skinny person mass gainer is beneficial and for physically fit person protein is beneficial.
