Now question arise that Which items we take in pre-workout meal and the answer is Now we are using three items which contains good amount of carbs, protein and healthy fats. First one is Wheat bread, Second one is fruit which is banana and Third one is Peanut butter which contains protein as well as healthy fat. All the items having their own benefits in pre-workout meal. If you don't having this item you can use another item which contains carbs, protein and healthy fats its all depends on your budget and those i choose in pre-workout meal is very cheap as compared to another one i am not promoting any brand you can choose any brand as you want. Now we discuss about the timing or when we take the pre-workout meal.

  Timing is also important when we taking pre-workout meal because if we take pre-workout meal just before going to gym that is effective in both for your body or also in gym So, question arise that when we take pre-workout meal. I recommending you take 1 hour before going to gym why i am saying take pre-workout meal 1 hour before going to gym because there is big reason behind this that is your body want to digest the meal before going to gym there is two things first one is digestion and second one is absorption now you thinking what is this is, in simple way you eat food and then your body digest food in 1-2 hours and than the absorption process start which take time so, before going to gym you have to digest the pre-workout meal thats why i recommending you to take the pre-workout meal 1 hour before you going to gym. Now we discuss about the quantity of pre-workout meal or in which quantity we take pre-workout meal.
